Individual subscriptions
For individuals, Pluralsight offers two subscription levels: individual and Premium.
Individual Pluralsight learners have access to all Pluralsight video courses, and features including certificates of completion, channels, paths, Skill IQ, and Role IQ.
Individual Premium learners also have access to these features:
- Unlimited access to Kaplan certification practice exams to prepare for certifications.
- Interactive courses: in-browser coding challenges with guided feedback.
- Projects: practice and apply what you’ve learned in real-world scenarios, using their own integrated development environment (IDE)
Business subscriptions
Learners on business subscriptions can access all Pluralsight video courses, interactive courses, projects, and Kaplan certification practice exams. In addition to those features, powerful analytics and user organization tools are exclusively available to Professional and Enterprise business subscribers:
- Plan administrators can group learners into teams and create team managers.
- Plan administrators can manage billing and subscriptions.
- Plan administrators and team managers can view powerful analytics about content, usage, skills and more.
- Plan administrators and team managers can use company-wide channels to align learning.
Enterprise plans can also use SSO integration, API access and data export, and options for powerful add-ons. See all the details of individual and business subscriptions above.
Each learner needs their own license. All Pluralsight business plan licensing is license-per-learner, and we do not offer concurrent licensing. Our plans are priced accordingly, whether your organization needs two licenses or more than 1,000.
For example, if you have 5 people on your team, you’ll need 5 licenses. Plan administrators do not need a license to manage their team, but if the plan admin doesn’t have a license, they can’t watch content.
If a learner leaves your team, you can remove their license -- click here for how to remove a user's license. The amount of times you can transfer a license is subject to your company’s agreement with Pluralsight. If you have questions about this, please contact your Sales rep and refer to our Terms of Use.
Accounts are personal to the learner using them and cannot be shared or re-used. A learner who has an account can be invited to your business plan, and bring their viewing history to the plan.
Yes, if you would like a business pilot for 10 or less users for our professional plan, you can set up your own pilot here. You can use PayPal or a credit/debit card to start the pilot. On that payment method, we do a $1 USD authorization to start your trial that is automatically reversed. If you use a debit card, you will see this as a charge, but will be reversed whether you continue to a paid subscription or cancel.
If you don't want to enter any billing information or would like a pilot for more than 10 users, you can submit a pilot request here. Someone from our sales team should follow up with you within 2 business days.
