SILICON SLOPES – October 30, 2018 — Pluralsight, Inc. (NASDAQ: PS), the enterprise technology learning platform, today announced it has been named one of the 2018 Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE.  Pluralsight ranked number 18 on the list, following up the company’s recent number 9 ranking on the 2018 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE.

The Best Workplaces for Women stand out for creating great workplaces for all employees, regardless of gender or other personal characteristics. Pluralsight is an original founder of Parity.org, a nonprofit organization focused on bringing gender parity to the highest levels of business. As a founding member, Pluralsight was among the first companies to take the ParityPledge, committing to interview at least one qualified woman candidate for every open vice president position and above, including board positions. In July, Pluralsight Co-founder and CEO Aaron Skonnard became the first CEO of Utah-based company to sign the pledge for CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, committing himself and Pluralsight to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The Best Workplaces for Women list is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE based on team members feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. The ranking considered more than 540,000 team member surveys from Great Place to Work-Certified companies. Great Place to Work evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which team members, particularly women, trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on team member’s feedback and reward companies who best include all team members, and where women have equally great experiences as team members of other genders, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.
